Sahil Sharma

Sahil has spent 12+ years working both sides of the classroom, as a professor, program lead, and curriculum architect across institutions including Conestoga College, CDI College, triOS College, and Lovely Professional University. That means he's felt the real constraints of running a program at scale: faculty relations, academic governance, quality assurance, and what it actually takes to get thousands of learners to a genuine outcome, not just a completion certificate.

That's why ScholarDigit isn't built as a "watch a demo, pass a quiz" course. Sahil designed the curriculum around what actually predicts whether someone can do the job: can they build something real, defend the decisions behind it, and recognize when a solution fails. That's the same rigor he brought to academic quality assurance, applied to a much faster-moving discipline.

He holds a Master of Technology in Computer Science and is currently completing a PhD in the same field. Just as important to him: building learning environments that are genuinely inclusive and psychologically safe, not as a compliance checkbox, but as a condition for real learning to happen.
