Before you book a cohort
How many learners make up a cohort?
Most cohorts run 15-30 learners for certificate programs and up to 100+ for large-scale bootcamps. Tell us your expected size and we'll confirm staffing and format.
Can we start on a different date than what's listed?
Yes. Listed dates are our next open cohorts, but institutions can request a dedicated cohort on their own timeline, usually with 6-10 weeks of lead time.
What happens if a learner misses a live session?
Every live session is recorded and shared with the cohort. Learners who miss a session can catch up before the next workplace ticket is due.
Can a single cohort mix in-person and virtual learners?
Yes, hybrid cohorts are common. We'll confirm the right mix of in-person labs and virtual sessions based on your learners' locations.
What if we need to reschedule or cancel a booked cohort?
We know institutional calendars shift. Reach out as early as possible and we'll work with you on rescheduling; terms are confirmed in your program agreement.
