Certificate Program · 3 Weeks

AI Career Pathway for Non-Technical Professionals

For professionals who want to work with AI, lead its adoption, and move their career forward, without writing a line of code.

Format

Virtual, live + recordings

Duration

3 weeks · 4-6 hrs/week

Prerequisites

None, no coding required

ScholarDigit programs are delivered to institutional cohorts, not sold as individual seats. Pricing depends on cohort size and delivery format.

Curriculum

Three weeks, built for people who lead and decide, not code

The same Learn, Build, Defend, Transfer method as every ScholarDigit program, scoped to the judgment calls a non-technical professional actually has to make.

  1. 01

The AI Landscape & Where It Creates Value

Learn: an ecosystem overview in plain language, and how to spot where AI genuinely helps your industry or role, versus where it doesn't.

  2. 02

Working With AI Tools, Not Building Them

Build: evaluate AI vendors and tools with a repeatable framework, then run a small AI-assisted project end to end in your own workplace ticket.

  3. 03

Leading Adoption & Your Career Path

Defend and Transfer: present an AI adoption plan to a simulated leadership panel, then map the skill to a new industry scenario and your own career transition plan.

Who It's For

For people who need to decide, not develop

  • Professionals moving toward AI-adjacent roles: AI product manager, AI consultant, AI governance or ethics lead
  • Domain experts in healthcare, finance, compliance, or education looking to bring AI into their function
  • Managers and administrators who need to evaluate or lead AI adoption without a technical background
  • No coding background required; curiosity and a real workplace problem to bring are enough

What's Included

Everything needed to run the cohort

  • Live sessions twice weekly, with recordings for anyone who misses one
  • Weekly hands-on assignments tied to the learner's own industry
  • An industry toolkit: worksheets, vendor-evaluation templates, and a responsible-AI checklist
  • A dedicated instructor office-hours session for open questions
  • Completion certificate and skills transcript
